In response to the increase in drop-off treatments, Fur Baby Tracker opens up free use of their platform to improve pet owner communication during outbreak.
COVID-19 is changing the way veterinarians are accepting patients. Many clinics are exclusively taking pets for drop-off care. This process may include picking up pets directly from pet owner cars to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19.
This process is prudent and important, but is making effective communication with pet owners difficult. The Fur Baby Tracker team wants to strengthen the bond you have with your clients during this challenging time.
During this time you may use Fur Baby Tracker free of charge to communicate with pet owners. If you wish to use the platform to send real-time updates, including: pictures, notes, and treatment status updates during drop-off treatments please submit a request for access via https://www.furbabytracker.com/covid19. Our team will get you set up with a log-in and everything you need to start.
All Fur Baby Tracker training and on-boarding can be done virtually via Fur Baby Tracker's online training portal (and takes under 10 minutes). Stay safe and healthy friends.
